O'BRIEN: In question time today I was asked by the opposition whether the person who was the subject of questions on Tuesday had informed the Metropolitan Fire Service of his arrest and whether the Metropolitan Fire Service supported his attempts to have his bail conditions amended in November 2012. I am advised by the Metropolitan Fire Service that the person in question is an employee of the Metropolitan Fire Service, but is currently suspended. The Metropolitan Fire Service was informed of his arrest in May 2011.
