Can the minister tell the house who owns the intellectual property associated with the Concessions and Seniors Information System? The Department for Communities and Social Inclusion chose End Point Corporation to develop this information system, and the company has now gone into liquidation.</text>

I am not a lawyer, so I cannot answer the question; however, I can tell you what the facts of the case are. The actual project has now been taken over by another company. They are working on the same project, so I can only assume that we own that but, like I said, I will confirm that. I can assure the house that the project is continuing, no moneys are owed to the agency, and also, the work which we have paid for has been delivered to date.</text>
