SUCH (Fisher) (11:03): I will not delay the house but I am very pleased that the government and the opposition are supporting this select committee. I think we need to have a look at some of the causes of the issues giving rise to anti-social and criminal behaviour in our society and, importantly, how we can reduce the incidence of those and deal with offending and, essentially, reoffending.
