The situation is that both positions that Tony Harrison held, as the CE of both SAFECOM and the Community Safety Directorate, have been replaced by David Place. The arrangement is that the CE of SAFECOM is the chair of the SAFECOM board. So, that is the situation as it stands, and it will be duly gazetted.</text>
