        <text continued="true" id="201307238376b880201e46caa0000233">This includes the provision for remuneration of the Chairman, catering, venue, facilities, equipment and vehicle hire, publications and papers, advertising, airfares and accommodation/meals.</text>
        <text id="201307238376b880201e46caa0000234">The Terms of Reference of the Regional Communities Consultative Council was reviewed in 2011 when the Committee was reformed, which has resulted in the Regional Communities Consultative Council reviewing its work program to better focus its efforts, which resulted in lesser expenditure in some financial years.</text>
        <text id="201307238376b880201e46caa0000235">2.&amp;#x9;The budget allocation for the Council in 2012-13 is $95,000, the expected breakdown of this budget would include remuneration of the Chairman, catering, venue, facilities, equipment and vehicle hire, publications and papers, advertising, airfares and accommodation/meals.</text>
