As I recall, the document was an extensive inquiry into precisely the matter to which the honourable member refers in his question. Just to assist him, perhaps; if you go to the appendices in the royal commissioner's report—incidentally, the report itself runs to some 281 pages, I might add—</text>

RAU:</by>  The member for Unley is quite right in suggesting that back then, at that time, the relevant minister was in fact a different person to the current minister, but the situation is this: that the royal commissioner has inquired into all matters relating to this particular event. He has provided a 200-and-something page report, and I take him to Appendix I in the report (you do not have to read it now) which is in the form of a letter dated 16 November 2012 to the chairperson of a particular school—without mentioning the school—and I quote briefly from that letter:</text>

          <inserted>You will note that, not only must I inquire into what occurred in relation to the arrest and conviction but I must also make recommendations as to procedures that should be put in place should such an event occur again.</inserted>
