The birth of a child is, of course, an occasion of great joy and happiness for a couple, and it is a wonderful time. I wish the royal couple the very best on their news of last evening. I also extend our congratulations to the broader royal family, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and, of course, the Queen and Prince Philip on the arrival of the newest member of the royal family.
