The birth of a child is, of course, an occasion of great joy and happiness for a couple, and it is a wonderful time. I wish the royal couple the very best on their news of last evening.</text>
        <text id="201307237924992be0c24d4d90000271">I also extend our congratulations to the broader royal family, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and, of course, the Queen and Prince Philip on the arrival of the newest member of the royal family. On behalf of all of the people of South Australia, I send them our best wishes and wish them all the best for the future.</text>
