WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts) (15:22):</by> What I am saying is that Mr Debelle has set out very clearly in his report the extensive steps that were taken to analyse not only the sworn evidence and all the relevant material, but also the relevant records—records that were retrieved from Telstra, records that were retrieved from computers, records that were retrieved from USB sticks. All of that is set out in horrible detail in the Debelle report. It is there for all to see and, on that basis, he reached his findings and he reached those findings not on some uncertain basis but on the basis that he was entirely satisfied about the matters that he found.</text>
