Can the Premier confirm that, far from receiving any sanctions for their mistake, today the government has gazetted pay increases for Mr Blewett and Mr Harvey, which now take their pay increases to $60,000 and $47,000 respectively per year since December 2010 when they made their unacceptable mistake?</text>
