WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts) (15:04): I think there is a bit of confusion between sanctions for an individual for breaching a policy and what is put in place to make sure that people generally are aware of the policy and make sure they comply with it. They are two separate issues. I have dealt with the question of the chief of staff and the ministerial adviser, and I have made a judgement in this case, having regard to all the circumstances, as to what the appropriate response should be and, in relation to the future, this is now a matter that has been discussed with all advisers. They are fully aware of this and it is something that will now become practice.
