RAU:</by>  Yes; the position is that there was a bill intended to contain both retirement age arrangements and arrangements for discipline of magistrates. An amendment to another bill was moved, I think by the member for Adelaide, which put those two pieces of legislation out of sync. It is intended, when the other piece has been dealt with—and that is in the hands of the opposition and others—that it will be proclaimed.</text>
