Minister, given that at the federal estimates this year it was confirmed that of the money that the federal government is paying to this project, which is $96 million only in the first three years, of the $448 million that it is committing out of its identified hundreds of millions of the balance to be paid out to 2019, can the minister confirm if the funding for this project from the state government will be financed to finish it in two or three years?</text>

I am not going to answer questions about the budget. The budget will be released on Thursday by the Premier and, when it is released, people will have a greater understanding.</text>
        <text id="20130604ecf8aff258ed47cc90000455">I think what is becoming very, very clear is that there are two sides to this issue: there are those of us in South Australia who wish to see this upgrade proceed and then there are those who wish to see it cancelled. This government stands on the side of those who wish to see it proceed. The Leader of the Opposition doesn't want to see it proceed.</text>
