In relation to Ms Jacqui Davies' accommodation that was the subject of an Ombudsman's report, why did the minister say, 'the...medical advice was that she did not fit the criteria for admittance into a mental health facility' given that the Ombudsman's report revealed that the medical advice revealed that Ms Davies did fit the criteria for admittance into a mental health facility?</text>
