Given the government's commitment to maintain the Hampstead recreation facilities, including the pool, open for community use, why did the government take a different approach and not assist the Balyana pool to remain open? It is also used by the disabled community.</text>

The pool is actually run by an NGO, which made the decision to close the pool.</text>
