WEATHERILL:</by>  As I mentioned in the ministerial statement, we are presently analysing all of the effects that have occurred within the federal budget yesterday evening. We know that a number of specific purpose payments were in fact ceased, which has a deleterious impact on the budget. Others were continued, and we are presently analysing the effect that that is having on the state budget. All will be revealed on state budget day.</text>
