The Training and Skills Development Act 2008 states that: (1)	The Commission must, on or before 31 March in each year, present to the Minister a report on its operations for the preceding calendar year. (2)	The Minister must, within 6 sitting days after receipt of a report under this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament. I do not believe that has been done.
