WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts) (14:36):</by> All of those matters will be revealed once we present the final form of the arrangements to the parliament. They largely depend on the final form of the arrangements, which we are presently consulting upon. I think it would be a fair assumption that the South Australian government would pick up the effect of a fringe benefits tax liability if we were to continue to provide the car parking on behalf of our own employees. I think that is a fair enough assumption, but the precise effect of that and how that will operate will abide the conclusion of the arrangements.</text>
