        <text id="2013031980fc842cb1224f8da0000403">(a)&amp;#x9;Income reflected as 'Sales of Goods and Services' primarily relates to recoveries from agencies for services funded by Families SA but not provided;</text>
        <text id="2013031980fc842cb1224f8da0000404">(b)&amp;#x9;Actual 2010-11 Sales of Goods and Services reflected one-off grants recoveries of $2.1 million from non-government agencies for services not delivered during that financial year. This level of grant recoveries was not expected to reoccur in 2011-12.</text>
