It is simply not appropriate to be traversing those matters in public. There is a reason for it. For those opposite it has been a long time since they have occupied the Treasury benches, but there is an orderly process of ensuring that we are able to look at all the priorities of government and assess them so that we can make an appropriate judgement in the context of a budget.</text>
