Now that the Premier has had three months to check, can he advise whether former treasurer Hon. Kevin Foley complied with the lobbyist code of conduct since leaving the cabinet? On 14 and 15 November last year, the Premier advised the house that he would bring back answers to my questions on whether Mr Foley had meetings with government representatives to discuss matters on which he had had official dealings during his last 18 months of office.</text>
