WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts) (14:55):</by> I thank the honourable member for his question. I have no doubt that material that was generated as part of the cabinet process was sent to my office in that capacity. I of course, do not attend all of those meetings. I have some other functions to actually involve myself in but can I say this about every budget deliberation and budget bid: no government agency gets an advantage by publishing their budget bids in the media and seeking to promote them and advocate for them in that fashion. It will be done in an orderly process as part of the budget process. In fact, I take a rather dim view of people seeking to jump the queue by having matters dealt with publicly.</text>
