RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Multicultural Affairs) (14:50):</by>  I was advised about this particular teacher and investigation into him about 10 days, I think it was, prior to police notifying the Department for Education and Child Development of the very serious charges that were going to be laid against him. So, at that time we were talking about a letter that was to go out to parents—an update letter, the second letter—whose children this person had taught.</text>
