          <by role="member" id="3117">The Hon. L.W.K. BIGNELL (Mawson—Minister for Tourism, Minister for Recreation and Sport):</by>  The Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation has received this advice: </text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000365">As at 28 February 2013, there are 20 water allocation plans which have been finalised and implemented. These are listed below according to the Natural Resources Management (NRM) Region in which they are located:</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000366">Within the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges NRM Region, there are water allocation plans for the:</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000367">1.&amp;#x9;Barossa Prescribed Water Resources Area;</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000368">2.&amp;#x9;McLaren Vale Prescribed Wells Area; and</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000369">3.&amp;#x9;Northern Adelaide Plains Prescribed Wells Area.</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000370">Within the Eyre Peninsula NRM Region, there are water allocation plans for the:</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000371">4.&amp;#x9;Musgrave Prescribed Wells Area; and</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000372">5.&amp;#x9;Southern Basins Prescribed Wells Area.</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000373">Within the Northern and Yorke NRM Region, there is a water allocation plan for the:</text>

        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000383">13.&amp;#x9;River Murray Prescribed Watercourse.</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000384">Within the South East NRM Region, there are water allocation plans for the:</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000385">14.&amp;#x9;Comaum-Caroline Prescribed Wells Area;</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000386">15.&amp;#x9;Lacepede Kongorong Prescribed Wells Area;</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000387">16.&amp;#x9;Naracoorte Ranges Prescribed Wells Area;</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000388">17.&amp;#x9;Morambro Creek and Nyroca Channel Prescribed Watercourses including Cockatoo Lake and the Prescribed Surface Water Area;</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000389">18.&amp;#x9;Padthaway Prescribed Wells Area;</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000390">19.&amp;#x9;Tatiara Prescribed Wells Area; and</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000391">20.&amp;#x9;Tintinara Coonalpyn Prescribed Wells Area.</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000392">As at 28 February 2013, there are 4 water allocation plans being developed for water resources that have previously not had a plan. These include:</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000393">Within the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges NRM Region, plans in development for:</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000394">1.&amp;#x9;The Western Mount Lofty Ranges Prescribed Water Resources Area; and</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000395">2.&amp;#x9;Parts of the Adelaide Plains including the Central Adelaide Prescribed Wells Area and the Dry Creek Prescribed Wells Area.</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000396">Within the Northern and Yorke NRM Region, a plan in development for:</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000397">3.&amp;#x9;Baroota Prescribed Wells Area.</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000398">Within the South Australian Murray Darling Basin NRM Region, a plan in development for:</text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000399">4.&amp;#x9;Eastern Mount Lofty Ranges Prescribed Water Resources Area.</text>
        <text continued="true" id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000400">It should be noted that once adopted by the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, a water allocation plan does not expire. </text>
        <text id="20130305eab984f624be4603b0000401">The <term>Natural Resources Management Act 2004</term> requires that water allocation plans are reviewed by the relevant Natural Resources Management Board at least once during each period of 5 years following adoption of the plan. Following review, a plan may then be amended or may continue in its current form for up to a further 5 years. A number of water allocation plans that are presently in operation are undergoing this review process.</text>
