I read and noted the file on 5 February but there were conversations during that period. Our agencies and the ministerial staff were working on this and making sure that all matters were being progressed—that supports were in place for the young victim and all processes were in place to alert appropriate organisations, identify those students who may have had contact, and prepare correspondence for parents to be notified. There were discussions throughout that period around this circumstance.</text>
