The target for Treasurer's Instruction 11 is the payment of 90 per cent of invoices by the due date as measured by invoice volume. SA Health paid 92.2 per cent of invoices within 60 days in 2011-12. For the 2011-12 financial year SA Health paid 70.4 per cent of invoices by the due date, with an additional 21.8 per cent of invoices paid late but within 30 per cent of the due date.
