        <text id="2012111489794c2f80af448080000546">The member for Bragg knows full well that this project has actually been brought ahead. She would have you believe that we left something out; that is not the case. This project was brought ahead. Why was it brought ahead? So that we could do it at the same time we were closing the rail line for the Noarlunga upgrade so that there wouldn't be two major interruptions, two major obstructions, for those people.</text>
        <text id="2012111489794c2f80af448080000547">She knows that. It is not even in her portfolio area and she couldn't resist being a smart alec, could she? The truth is that we are doing the right thing by locals and by people that catch the train by making sure we don't have two big disruptions, just one. I think that was a smart thing to do.</text>
