          <by role="member" id="1802">The Hon. P. CAICA (Colton—Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation):</by>  I am advised:</text>
        <text id="201210302a3fdb74df8d4783a0000356">The Intergovernmental Agreement on Murray Darling Basin Reform includes $80 million of Murray Futures funding for water purchasing from willing sellers in South Australia. The Australian Government has 100 per cent funded and managed this program.</text>
        <text id="201210302a3fdb74df8d4783a0000357">The Australian Government has advised:</text>
        <text id="201210302a3fdb74df8d4783a0000358">The commitment to make $80 million immediately available for water purchasing in South Australia has been met, by securing the purchase of 34.4 gigalitres of South Australian water entitlements as at 31 December 2009.</text>
