          <by role="member" id="538">Mrs GERAGHTY (Torrens) (17:46):</by>  By way of personal explanation, during a division on the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Bill, a division on amendment No. 3, something that does happen occasionally but not often in the pair arrangements that are agreed to between the parties, minister Hill was not recorded as an agreed pair. I just want to clarify that matter. I guess it comes down to the fact that he was actually here in his absence, if that makes it clearer, or not.</text>
