Has the Attorney provided any advice, either directly or from the Crown Solicitor's Office, to the Minister for Police in respect of disqualifying herself from all meetings, briefings and decisions involving the alleged million dollar Victims of Crime Fund fraud? Last Friday, Andrea Lowe appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court facing multiple charges of using government information for personal benefit, deception and attempting to impede a police investigation. Ms Lowe, as is well known to you, Attorney, was the personal assistant to the Minister for Police for several years until 10 August this year.</text>
