Will the government rule out using NRM levies or fishing licence revenue to cover the management costs of the new marine park sanctuary zones? The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park management costs exceed $17 million per year. In a previous answer in this question time the minister gave no advice to the house on how South Australia's marine park costs will be met. He simply said, 'They will pay for themselves.' Will he rule out NRM levies and fishing licence revenue covering these costs?</text>
