In asking this question, I refer the minister to my grievance speech on the 2 May 2012. Will the minister explain why a constituent of mine had a confirmed abuse notification against her name in a departmental file when the department had given a written undertaking in 2004 and the then minister (Weatherill) had agreed at a meeting in 2005 that all departmental records would be changed to record abuse not confirmed for matters relating to her and her husband?</text>
