<by role="member" id="633">The Hon. A. KOUTSANTONIS:</by> The cornerstone of this government's small business policy is the Office of the Small Business Commissioner. We have stood by and given them equity, given them a voice. The NTA, the Council of Small Business Australia, the Farmers Federation, those bastions of hotbeds of socialism, backed this government. Only two groups opposed our reforms: the Franchise Council of Australia and the Liberal Party. Even the newsagents stood by us on the Office of the Small Business Commissioner. They know that the best policies for small businesses are advocacy and a fair playing field, and that is what we have given them, and you have walked away from them.</text>
