However I can confirm that my department did not make the submission as claimed.</text>
        <text id="20120918c5bcbecff583487ea0000550">No young people are held at Magill Training Centre unless there is a police or court mandate in place where they have been charged pending a court hearing, remanded or given a custodial sentence.</text>
