Can the minister advise why, despite Labor's 2010 election promise to create 100,000 new jobs by 2016, there are 8,200 fewer full-time jobs in South Australia now than when Labor made this promise? KENYON: The second step is to just outline the obstacles in the way, which is where the opposition jump immediately and are fixated on, obstacles in the way, problems, never able to contribute in the third step, any sort of solution to the situation.
