The minister has just answered my next question, so I will ask my other question again. The question was: can you confirm that $125 million was paid from SA Water to Treasury—$125 million—which otherwise would have been used to pay for construction costs? It was not paid to AdelaideAqua because of delays to the construction. Can you confirm that?</text>

I think that the minister was quite correct in saying that that is the same question. I will say it once more: $125 million remained unpaid at the end of the 2010-11 financial year because of construction delays and was paid into the Treasury account. That is what I said previously and I will say it again now: it is the same answer and the same question.</text>
