PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Education and Child Development):</by>  All new contracts put to public tender during 2011 include the requirement for cleaning to occur between 7:30am and 6pm. In some instances schools may elect to have cleaning occur outside of these times with the penalty costs being met by the school.</text>
        <text id="20120904ce1e5fa055bd4e4790000659">77 contracts have been put to public tender throughout 2011. Negotiations are ongoing with the expectation that the remaining schools will be brought into line with the new cleaning measures by June 2012.</text>
