PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Education and Child Development): 79.1 per cent of the increase in the 'Student and other fees and charges' note line, is due to increases in student enrolment fees and charges. The budget for school fees and charges for the 2010-11 financial year was $80 million compared to $78.1 million in 2009-10.
