PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Education and Child Development): The 'Other Expenses' budget for Program 1 Early Years Education and Care (Birth to Preschool) includes workers compensation expense budget and minor costs associated with emergency service levy, motor vehicle registration fees and Auditor-General costs. The 'Other Income' budget for Program 1 Early Years Education and Care (Birth to Preschool) includes revenue generated from the sale of assets declared surplus.
