KENYON: The only requirement was that you had national accreditation—that was it. As long as you were an accredited RTO, there was no overview, there was no quality control, there was no going back and auditing those providers. Now, I have said on numerous occasions, publicly and in the house, that quality is important and we are prepared to have a higher level of scrutiny. I said in the debate on the TAFE bill that there was a higher level of scrutiny on Skills for All providers to help us maintain quality.
