KENYON (Newland—Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills, Minister for Science and Information Economy, Minister for Recreation and Sport):</by>  The LaunchPad Program provides assistance to young people transitioning to the community from the custodial and care systems, and those at risk of entering the justice or care systems.</text>
        <text id="201207103cc2b201ecc643e290000309">Intensive case management services are provided by Whitelion, which includes an assessment process which determines an individual's circumstances and eligibility for the program.</text>
