            <inserted>(1)&amp;#x9;The Attorney-General must cause a review of the operation and impact of this Act to be undertaken after the third anniversary of the commencement of this Act.</inserted>

          <item sublevel="3">
            <inserted>(2)&amp;#x9;The review must include consideration of the effectiveness of sections 10A and 10B of the <term>Graffiti Control Act 2001</term> (as inserted into that Act by section 13 of this Act) in reducing offending for prescribed graffiti offences (within the meaning of those sections).</inserted>

            <inserted>(3)&amp;#x9;A report on the results of the review must be submitted to the Attorney-General within 3 months after the third anniversary of the commencement of this Act.</inserted>

            <inserted>(4)&amp;#x9;The Attorney-General must, within 12 sitting days after receiving the report under this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.</inserted>
