<by role="member" id="563">The Hon. I.F. EVANS:</by> The minister in that answer suggested that the member for Davenport was the local member asleep at the wheel. I just wish to clarify for the house that I did receive a briefing. My staff advise me that in that briefing we were told that the government was going to run a public consultation process so that the issues that were raised at last night's meeting could be raised at the time, then for some reason the government decided not to run a public consultation process and, when they announced the project, they got a swag of complaints as a result, so I think it is unfair of the minister to characterise as he did my approach to the project.</text>
