What I will say, Madam Speaker, is that I am not absolutely convinced that the settlement on the dispute with respect to first water was as linked as the member for MacKillop is suggesting to the 10-10-10 program. But, what I will do is get some information and report back to the member for MacKillop and the house.</text>
