          <by role="member" id="619">The SPEAKER: </by> Members, before we start the day, I advise that I found some people walking through the corridor at the back of the chamber. Can members remind staffers that, if strangers are in the building, they are not to use the corridor at the back. It seems to be getting a bit lax lately. I have seen three or four wandering through there at various times. I think that it is just ignorance; people do not understand. If members can explain to their staffers that they are not to take people through that corridor, particularly when the bells are ringing. It is very difficult.</text>
