Can the minister outline to the house any modelling his department has done on the impact on the number of apprentices and trainees in this state if payroll tax concessions for apprentices and trainees are eliminated in Thursday's state budget? When Labor adopted the Liberal policy prior to the last election, then premier Rann said that this was 'a huge incentive and employers will respond by increasing apprentices and trainee numbers by 10 per cent'.</text>
