Is the minister aware of any appointment or proposed appointment of an administrator or receiver for the APY? The last viewable accounts for the APY were in 2009-10. They show a bank overdraft, despite APY having no power to borrow, and a qualified audit report. There are no subsequent viewable accounts for APY.</text>

That has not been brought to my attention. The first I have heard about it, of course, is what the member for Morphett is saying. As in my response earlier, I would be delighted if he could shed some more information on where he might have ascertained that view.</text>
