        </text>
        <text continued="true" id="20120515f8644a84e93647d6b0000365">Housing outcomes in offices vary due to specialist work with high need groups such as homeless people, refugees, domestic violence victims and Aboriginal people. Private Rental Liaison Officers also conduct seminars and workshops for prospective private renters and liaise with community organisations and other government agencies to arrange accommodation and support for tenants.</text>
