Will the minister confirm that no matter how bad the bus services get in Adelaide, she is limited to fining underperforming bus companies a maximum of 2 per cent of their payment?</text>
        <text id="201205027c0f3a75715b4633a0000747">In schedule 11 of the bus contract—which has now been delivered to my office, thank you, yesterday; I now have schedule 11—it confirms on page 5 the fee adjustments that apply to level 1, level 2 and level 3 thresholds of offence, and that number 2 and level 3, which is the highest, are both exactly the same, that is, the capacity to deduct an amount corresponding to 2 per cent of the proportion, etc.</text>
