Why did the minister's then chief of staff, Catherine Hockley, request information from the health department during the caretaker period of the 2010 election campaign in relation to the Liberal Party's plan to rebuild the Royal Adelaide Hospital? The opposition has obtained emails under FOI from minister Hill's then chief of staff seeking health department advice in order to attack the Liberal Party's policy.
