Has the minister received advice on the cost impact of Labor's carbon tax on public transport and, if so, what will the cost be? Under the carbon tax, rail transport will be affected from 1 July this year, and modelling provided by the Victorian government shows the impact on their public transport system will be $13 million per year through increased electricity costs, and modelling from the New South Wales government shows that they will need to increase fares to cover the increased cost of services.</text>
